Skin fungal infections

A rash caused by a fungal infection, usually appears as a rash (ringworm) or between the toes, the scalp or the genitals. Ringworm is often treated by applying an over-the-counter antifungal medication to the skin, and for severe cases, antifungal tablets for several weeks are prescribed.
