Granite cooking utensils

* Despite its name, granite cookware doesn't actually contain any granite.

* Instead, it consists of a stainless steel inner material covered with glass.

*Glass is made by fusing porcelain at very high temperatures to create a non-stick surface.

* Looks closely similar to granite cookware.

* Because it has a solid black surface with smaller specks of gray or white scattered all over the bowl.

Granite cookware features

Lightweight: Although you might think of granite as a somewhat heavy material, granite cookware weighs much less than steel pots.

* Provides a non-stick surface: The glass coating provides a smooth surface that makes cleaning easy.

* Good heat conduction: The inner material heats up quickly and retains heat to reduce the overall cooking time.

* Get an aesthetically pleasing appearance.  Granite cookware is enjoyed by many people because it is attractive and fits well with almost any kitchen décor.

* Rust resistance
* Safe for cooking

Ceramic cooking utensils

* A general name given to pots with a clay coating.

* There are two types of ceramic cookware:

- The first one is ceramic-coated, and consists of aluminum and then is covered with ceramic.

  • - The second one is 100% ceramic, or a mixture of clay and water that is fired in a furnace and covered with glass.

Advantages of ceramic utensils
* Safe for cooking
* The presence of a non-stick surface makes it easy to clean
* Being relatively light.
* Rapid heating to reduce cooking time.
* It has a variety of color options and designs available.
* Being highly resistant to food stains, it is easy to clean
